Your agreement with Pactveris, LLC, an Averane Global Company. These demo access terms and the Website Terms of Use govern evaluation access. By accepting, you agree to both; a specific demo restriction controls over a general website permission. Questions and written permission requests: legal@pactveris.com.
Evaluation access only. Demo access is a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable permission to evaluate Pactveris. No ownership or other license is granted.
Intellectual property. The software, original visual assets, original interface artwork, written content, branding, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Restrictions. Except where applicable law permits otherwise or written authorization is given, do not copy, reproduce, download, record, screenshot, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse protected demo materials or nonpublic information, including to reproduce the product or its protected design assets.
Confidentiality. Keep nonpublic information disclosed through restricted demo access confidential. Do not share access credentials or access links, bypass controls, or use automated extraction tools.
Demonstration environment. The demo may contain fictional data and may differ from the released product. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or real client information. Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse.
Privacy and communication. Pactveris, LLC collects your first name, last name, and email to provide demo access and respond to your inquiry. Registration, consent choices, the terms version, and acceptance time are stored on Cloudflare separately from fictional CRM data, normally for up to 90 days. A secure access cookie lasts up to two hours. Provider backups may remain for their recovery retention period. Optional promotional email consent is separate and can be withdrawn at any time. Demo limitations. This evaluation environment is provided as-is and is not a commitment to specific production features or availability. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
